Career Advice- Switch or Onsite

Hi, I need advice on whether to switch or stick with TCS as I have been selected in the H1B lottery. Filing has been completed and Visa stamping is pending. I was informed by the manager that I may get a Visa but you might not get approval for travel soon. I also dont see any onsite roles for me in this project. I have got two options now.

1. Switch to an auto OEM with 45% hike (20 LPA)
2. Get retained and wait for my Visa and travel approval.

Is there any implication on resignation if TCS has already filed your H1B?

Please guide. I am C3A and 7 yoe.
