1-Been on the bench for nearly 10 months; currently shadowing in a SAP MDG project support role for the past 3 months. 2-Work feels monotonous, and as a fresher, I don't anticipate significant salary hike even if I switch company after a year as no learning is there in support project as of now.

3-Wondering about the feasibility of transitioning from a support role to an implementation role within SAP MDG as most tell implementation is better. 4-Seeking guidance on navigating the unclear career path ahead.
