Careeer Transition

Hi Guys,

I did a Career Transition in which my base pay got drastically decreased when I Switched from Sales to Data Analytics. People were considering me Fresher and it lead me to accept the offer with less money as well. Now being 1 year in the Analytics industry i am Feeling underpaid and i am getting a standard hike everywhere.

What should i do in this case ?
