Car Suggestion - BE 6

My brother is planning to buy the Mahindra BE 6 ev. The nearest Mahindra dealer is 70 km away and doesn’t stock the BE 6, though they said they can handle servicing. He’ll be buying the car from 1000 km away. With a ₹25L budget, do you think it’s a good choice? Also, how are tech glitch or any car issues typically handled in such cases? Any better alternatives you’d suggest?
