Car prices increase/decrease after GST

What you guys feel about new tax on cars? Currently it’s 28% GST for all cars.

New norms are suggesting 18% and 40% for luxury cars. Also what is definition pf luxury cars, currently cars above 4meter/ 20lac/1500cc have luxury tag in india.

What do you say about new tax? Also cess is 1-22% For cars above 20 lacs it’s 22%. Is there any possibility that cess may also come down.

What about car maker increasing prices as they have customer already paying same amount for their current product?
