Car leasing pros/cons

I'm planning to buy a car and the company has a car leasing policy available. What are the pros/cons of this. Is it better to take a car loan? I come in the highest tax bracket.

So I was recently watch a video and also my friend in Microsoft has leased a car. Go for it. Your tax bracket will come down. U will get fuel money and many more benefits. Just go for it
