I need to renew my own Car insurance after its first year. Can i buy the insurance directly online from outside or should i go to the Car dealer only
My car dealer said that i won't get accidental damage or cashless if purchased from outside.
Please help me from where to buy ?
No issues can go with outside, and make sure you report such managers who says you can't buy insurance from outside. IRDA rules are there for a reason, insurance can be bought from anywhere.

Any insurance is good, just make sure you have everything covered that you like. Like engine protection if your car is new, number to bumper insurance, etc

Okay, I suggest to go with dealership only for hassle free claims. You can get it from outside also but the issue will be with claims, as they may deny for cashless claims for the insurance policies not purchased from dealer portal. You need to coordinate with insurance companies at your own during claims, pay first and then reimburse.
