Trending @Capgemini; Capgemini YER process and appraisal.

Hi All,

I joined Capgemini on 5th May 2025 and am working for a societe Generale client from the client location. I have zero interaction with the Capgemini manager and HR. To be honest, no one replies to my queries, so I need help to understand 2 things.

1. When is the deadline for the YER process as my client Manager has provided feedback but my Capgemini manager hasn't concluded the process. I checked in the success factors portal.

2. Am I really eligible for appraisal? I heard somewhere that I have to wait for 18 months to get my first appraisal.

If eligible what percentage is normally given for lateral entries. My salary range is 10-12 Lakhs.
