Capgemini vs Tech mahindra

YOE - 4.7 Years

I have got two offers currently.

Capgemini - 22 LPA (Pune)

Tech Mahindra - 22.5 LPA (Bangalore)

I have the project based interview for Tech Mahindra for SAP ABAP position while the Capgemini is pool based hiring for SAP Analytics cloud.

Which one to choose here ? Based on technology , growth and onsite opportunity. Have no issues in Wlb and with location.
