Capgemini vs FIS Global – Which offer should I choose?

Hi everyone, I currently have two offers and would really appreciate your guidance. • Capgemini – 12 LPA - 3 days office • FIS Global – 14.4 LPA - 1 day office

Capgemini is ready to match offer with FIS.

Both roles are relevant to my experience, and I’m trying to decide based on long-term growth, work culture, learning opportunities, and stability—not just CTC.
