Trending @Capgemini; Capgemini variable pay

From past 3years we used to get 60% to 70% of variable pay in the December month and rest in March. But this year there is no news on variable pay mail yet.

Does anyone receive partial variable pay in the December month this year or does any one receive mail about variable pay?
