Capgemini to Wipro or IBM

I have total 5+ years experience as a data engineer now I got 2 offers Wipro and IBM both giving the same package compare to Wipro IBM is giving 5% more. I’m confused now where I need join please me with points which will be the good for my next step.

If it's consulting both are kind of the same. Pick the one which is offering the higher package. Work culture totally depends on the team and project.
