
Capgemini Round 2
I got 4.5 yrs of experience, I don't understand why they try to finalize the CTC, even before round 2 happens. I already have an existing offer of 12 LPA, I asked for 14 which they blatantly rejected saying we can match the offer or can give upto 12.5
Before Round 1 I was told that the CTC offered depends on how well I can negotiate in the HR round. They were ok to offer 14 also back then based hr round.
Now, they are saying only if you are ok with 12 LPA we will go ahead and schedule the round 2 or else good bye, we don't want to waste our time nor yours.
Then why the fuck is HR round there for ??
What if I say ok to 12 LPA now and clear Round 2 and in the HR round ask for 14 will they be pressurised by their management to release the offer as already they spent their resources interviewing me and also since I cleared both the rounds will I be offered 14 lpa ?
