Hi I got an offer of 20 lpa from tcs and Capgemini offered 18 lpa to retain and told they will allocate me to the project aligned with my skillset as my current project was not matching with my skillset.. and I mentioned I would only be able to retain if the offer is better than external one.. Will cg match or give more than external offer

Please suggest what should I do. If they match external should I consider??.. if so will they send the revised letter and then I should take back resignation or vice versa?
50+ days of notice period left and currently getting mails to give the details but interviews are not scheduled
TCs offers 20LPA but check their breakup as it has quaterly variable + performance bouns too. They have 5 days WFO + lot of strict policies impacting salaries.
Where as you will have flexibility in CG.
Regarding retention no letter will be provided to you until your withdrawal. New hike will be implemented from next month of your LWD. This written on email too will not be entertained so consider accordingly
Seriously?they really dont fulfill what they say?
Capgemini as of now allows you to be on bench for 2 to 3 months whereas recent news of tcs is just for 35 days in a a year and also they are asking employees to go to the office five days a week where as CG is just for 3 days.. so I assume 2 lakhs is not that difference that you should consider over the flexibility offered here

CG will not match to retain. It will be slightly less. Stay in CG as tcs has 5 day wfo and there is variable pay as well in that 20 lpa.
Yeah that's valid point but still some days are left in notice.. I want to try if I get any interview calls.. but so far I m not getting any.. not sure what's happening
