Capgemini post interview process

Attended an interview at capgemini and received a call from hr stating that it's cleared. After few days received an email from another hr stating that need uan history and details for preliminary verification. It's been more than two weeks and not received any update on further process. Will there be an L2? Initial Hr is not picking calls what to do?

Note: had a salary discussion and I received an email with subject as L1 SELECT
