Capgemini or ValueMomentum

Hi Folks,

I have offers from Capgemini and ValueMomentum, package wise not much difference since I attended both interviews at the same time. So location and package wise I am ok with both, but I am not sure which one I choose? Can you guys pls pour your suggestions for both companies based on the cons and pros?
