Neither. Both are hellscapes.

Infosys is worst. You will work for more than 12 hrs a day without compensating over time. You are also expected to work on public holidays and can take that leave afterwards. No dashera no diwali no xmas. HRs just dont reply to anything. Team will only comprise of freshers who have no idea whats going on

Totally depends on your project, team members and managers. So its not the company, its the People or Project which actually decides culture and wlb. For payscale both are same.
