Capgemini or EY?

I have received two offers - one from Capgemini and another from EY. The joining dates for both are the same. Capgemini is offering a hybrid work model, while EY has verbally confirmed permanent work-from-home, but they are not willing to provide it in writing (either in the offer letter or through email).

I would appreciate your suggestions on this situation.

Take it in some written form otherwise evaluate without WFH from both and then join.

The EY manager confirmed on WhatsApp that I will be provided wfh and also mentioned that I can go to nearest location if I wish to.

If remote work flexibility is critical and EY won’t confirm it in writing, it may be safer to choose Capgemini. If you’re willing to trust EY’s verbal assurance and value their brand/career growth more, then EY could still be a great choice — but try to get something in writing, even if informal, before joining.

Definitely not EY. It's toxic. Way too much.
