May i know is experience letter is required for onboarding or just relieving letter is sufficient? Also will they call our supervisor for background checks?

You can provide the experience / relieving letter within 40 days from the date of joining, for onboarding you can just bring the print out of resignation acceptance email.
However I am not sure about the BGV process.
