Capgemini Onboarding

I joined Capgemini on 7th March. I got Fieldglass URL from capgemini for registration. I completed the process on same day. Now on dashboard, two items are showing pending : Timsheet & NDA form upload.

I have not received employee code/email to write on NDA form. I am not understanding what type of onboarding process is this. Still I am confused whether my joining has been completed or not. Anybody help to understand the onboarding process in Capgemini?
