Capgemini offer revision
I got an offer at capgemini for 14 lpa 2 months back. Now i got another offer for 16 lpa (fixed). Does capgemini revise an offer and change the location too. My joining is on Aug 4.

they will ask for other offer and they will give whatever they can.

Go ahead and ask them to revise the salary. date of joining change is not a big change.. So they should be able to increase the current package.
The question is how badly do you want Capgemini?
And also it'd be great if you mention which company is for the other offer here, when's your joining date etc
