Capgemini offer letter pending

After clearing my technical round at Capgemini, I submitted my background verification documents on 16th May and have been eagerly waiting for the offer letter since then. I’ve tried following up via email and phone, but haven’t received any response yet.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue?

It takes time after background verification done you will get the offer letter in portal where you have to accept that offer.

But I have submitted docs on 16th May I submitted BGV and IRL form….but after this HR not replying..

Yes. . They will not release offer letter bro😅... They expect cheap labor to join their company...Look for other opportunity

I am also facing the same issue. I cleared L1 and L2 for Capgemini and have been selected for the position. They told me there would be a final HR discussion and that I would need to submit documents for iMocha. I did the same, I submitted all my documents on 14th May and still haven't received the offer letter. I have been contacting Niharika (HR) for the past 3 days, and she is been ignoring my calls. Before that, she said it's pending approval. I think they wouldn't release an offer letter anytime soon.
