Capgemini offer letter

Hi CG Folks, Today I received offer letter from CG today with almost 70 percent hike from current salary, in offer letter the have mentioned that I can join in 3 months, but HR asking me to join in 2 months, if I am fail to join within 2 months then my offer letter will not valid or I can ask HR to wait more ??

Please suggest 😊

Try to join in 2 months by taking release. Till the end if it doesn't works out then inform that after one month you will join.
