Hi everyone, Capgemini Hr schedule a call today as offer call. I thought they will dicuss the salary and other details..instead she shared a company portal link and asked my to apply to some job link and to upload the documents there. She said that you will receive the offer letter next week. Is it the process that they follow ...no dicussion before letter release?
