Capgemini offer
Hi Everyone, I have recently received an offer from Capgemini, and I have a few questions. If anyone has idea, I would really appreciate your help.

Offer Acceptance and Legal Concerns: The offer has an acceptance window of 15 days. If I accept the offer and later receive a better opportunity from another organization, would I face any legal issues if I decide to join the other company? I am required to submit a signed copy of the offer letter upon acceptance.

Project Assignment: After joining Capgemini, is it likely that I will be placed on a bench, or will I be directly assigned to a project? Will there be a client interview before joining to ensure a direct project assignment?

Project Joining Difficulty: How challenging is it to get assigned to a project at Capgemini? Is the difficulty level comparable to the initial hiring interview, or is it more demanding?

Job Security: Considering that new hires are placed on probation, how secure is the job at Capgemini during this period?

Accept karke decline karle, accept karke baad me bhi negotiate ho jayega (if you receive better opportunity) - Bench pe dalenge initially...
Within few days project calls, interviews and then allocation (Client interview if any) - Skills hai theek thak toh koi dikkat nahi

- I think there will be no issue, after accepting the offer, bcz now a days most of the company is taking back their offer. So no need to worry.
- Once you get in to cg everyone will be on bench.
- You will need to give interview 3-4 attempts, by that you need to select or else there will be a problem.
- If ur in project no worries or else there will be no safety for your job like if ur on bench for more than 6mnths you will be out of cg.
I joined in Nov 2024
I accepted the offer and then got a better offer than Capgemini, so I negotiated on that and finally got a revised offer and joined.
Initially I was on bench and in the first week after joining only started giving interviews for the project. Given 2-3 interviews and got selected for the project.
What is your role.
