Capgemini offer
Hi Everyone, I have recently received an offer from Capgemini, and I have a few questions. If anyone has idea, I would really appreciate your help.
-
Offer Acceptance and Legal Concerns: The offer has an acceptance window of 15 days. If I accept the offer and later receive a better opportunity from another organization, would I face any legal issues if I decide to join the other company? I am required to submit a signed copy of the offer letter upon acceptance.
-
Project Assignment: After joining Capgemini, is it likely that I will be placed on a bench, or will I be directly assigned to a project? Will there be a client interview before joining to ensure a direct project assignment?
-
Project Joining Difficulty: How challenging is it to get assigned to a project at Capgemini? Is the difficulty level comparable to the initial hiring interview, or is it more demanding?
-
Job Security: Considering that new hires are placed on probation, how secure is the job at Capgemini during this period?
Thanks in advance

- you can go for other better offer CG won't take any legal action against you
- If you are hired for project specific role the you will be tagged to project following client interview
- Client interview depends on project to project and will be easy to clear
- In Capgemini job security is there when compared to other MNC
Note : No good hike percentage and promotion so if you have better offer from other company please choose that

-
I don't think so...lots of people play with multiple offers
-
It depends, if u are being hired based on project req, u will be put on a project, else u will go to bench and need to search
-
Again depends....client interview also depends on account in some cases it's there..in some cases it's not...also I have seen people unable to get a project
-
Nothing as such....many people in bench are asked being asked to resign
