Capgemini offer

Actually I gave an interview for Capgemini and (I haven't received any selection mails) got cl from hr she told me I got selected and discussed the package last week but she is not okay with the package i demands ...she told me she'd to get approval for the package and team ll cl u lik tat but so far i haven't received any offer ltr from them.. Any idea how many days they'll take to rel offer?
