If you are on bench then the consequence is layoff...

It depends on how many days you have been on bench. This is totally company's pblm which they should have planned to hire ppl according to the need.. over supply leads to such layoffs... Pathetic... And showing this reason, the people actually working in the ground also won't get proper hike...

Compared to any other companies, people on bench are safe in Capgemini. But still consequences are sure untill they are billable
