Capgemini joining suggestion
Can anyone give me idea about capgemini.since I got an offer from CG.work culture,like infosys can I do continue 10 days or 3 day/week I have to be in office.because I have small kids and for same reason I can leave them alone I have travel pune around 350 km from my base Location. Like infosys alteast 3.30 hr can sufficient for wfo.
Please help me with these questions

Based on my prior experience 3 categories are there.
More Work & minimum politics- Accenture
Less work & high politics- TCS, HCL, Infosys , Capgemini
Mid Work & Higher Politics- Wipro

See everyone will have different Outlook and experience. You will always relate your work exp to your prev org. But point is, overall CG is not bad. If a person is assigned to different project or skill it depends on their situation skill set etc etc. project experiences also count. I feel Culture of CG good compared to Accenture or Infosys. And everywhere you go work load will be there and the factors you are cribbing now will be there. It should be your judgement based on your personal option that you want to join any org or not.
We have to be in office for either 3d/week or 12 days in a month.
I worked for Capgemini before, Just too much stress and expect you to work irrespective of your timings to satisfy the client requirements.

I too got an offer from Capgemini, currently working in Cognizant. Should I switch or stay.
