Capgemini joining date issue

Hey everyone,

I got an offer from Capgemini with joining date as 22nd sep but my last working day in current org is 29th sep, if I’m asking to extend the date of joining hr is not responding so in this case should u wait till September or any suggestion because I can’t take by resignation after approval from hr
