Hey ppl, I have joining with Capgemini tomorrow. Post offer letter acceptance & sharing all docs to HR, further there is no connect. Will it be fine to directly join tomorrow as for me it is physical onboarding at office OR do i need to reach out to HR for any confirmations. Kindly advise please.

Yes you can directly go to office and onboard. Post that estimate 1 week of time they’ll take to activate ur email and give laptop

Dear friend,I too have to join in a week time, I am calling the recruiter and have sent mail also.But no response.I will be joining a week before than what is mentioned in offer letter as I get a bit prior release from current company.I too have in person onboarding,what should I do.
