Capgemini Interview experience

I recently attended f2f interview with Capgemini, I have already worked for them till Feb2025. Everything went well and even salary was dicussed and they said they'll connect it few days, till now didnt receive any information and only received a call where they told about not able to give what was discussed, but will let me know on the updates. Its been almost a month now and nothing, even the HR that connected is not picking up calls.

can anyone help me through this?
