Capgemini interview

I had only one round of interview at Capgemini, and they rolled out the offer letter afterward. However, my friend had to go through two rounds of interviews. One possible reason could be that I’m an immediate joiner, whereas my friend is not.

What could be the reason for this difference? Am I hired for pool ?
