Capgemini Hybrid Policy

I received an offer from Capgemini and would like to know about their hybrid work policy.

  1. Is there any flexibility in the number of hours required to work from the office?

  2. Can I work from the office for 12 consecutive days and then work from home for the remaining days in a month?

I currently work at Infosys, where we have a hybrid policy that requires 10 days in the office and the rest of the time working from home. On office days, I need to be present for at least 3.5 hours, after which I can work from home for the rest of the day.

12 days per month it is. You can do all at one go as well. Number of hours - it's tricky as of now. Some say minimum is 2 hours, others say 6 hours. No HR has confirmed this in our account

I spent anywhere between 1 hour & 7 hours last year, no complaints so far

Yes you can choose any 12 days to come to office so consecutive is also fine. Minimum hours in office is not so clear but it's generally min 6 hrs. People do stay for even lesser time but this can affect ur appraisal so safe bet is to be in 6 to 9 hrs time bucket
