Capgemini HR isnot contacting after L2 completion

I have completed my L2 interview on 4th April.Got tagged in cc in the email chain that my profile has been selected.

HR is avoiding picking my call, it's been a month now, on the 12th day after the interview HR picked the call - when asked he said he only schedules the interview and some other HR is supposed to be contacting me for further process and they will connect with me.

But I have not got any HR call till date, not for BGV or Salary discussion.
