Capgemini HR is not contacting after L2 completion

I have completed my L2 interview on 4th April.Got cc in the email chain that my profile has been selected.

HR is avoiding picking my call, it's been a month on the 12th day after the interview HR picked the call when asked he said he is the Requirement BU and some other HR is contacting me for further process and they will connect with me.

But I have not got any HR call till date, not for BGV or Salary discussion.
