Tommrow ,hr disscusion in Capgemini. Currently I have one offer 16lpa fixed WFH. What can I expect from Capgemini for gurugram as Angular developer.I have near 6.2 year of experience . I am immediate joiner also.this Friday is last day in current organization.give real suggestion

They will give 18L I believe. But try your best to negotiate for higher and pitch for joining bonus as well since you’re an immediate joiner.

Capgemini is 3 days WFO mandatory, double check on WFH offer,get confirmation in mail regarding WFH, don’t trust any verbal communication.
