True...In my case on my 4month probation period I got mail from HR that your probation period is non confirmed your last workday is ..... reason she told to tell supervisor and the supervisor said in your training period you were taking breaks for long and you did mistake in work .. i mean as a fresher the actual work was just started and also they didn't provide the proper training for that and i did a mistake so that was the issue for not confirmed also continue doing work i took for 30mins meal break so how can they not confirmed my probation... i tried to called her to tell my point to hr but she was not listening and understanding my point she just listened the manager

They will make it more complex for you only if u reached them
