Hi everyone, I’m a fresher at Capgemini and received a “Succeeding (3★)” rating in the recent promotion/appraisal cycle. I wanted to understand what kind of hike percentage is usually given for this rating. If anyone from Capgemini has gone through a similar rating or knows how the mapping generally works, please share your experience. It would really help me set the right expectations.
