I had an interview with Capgemini for BA profile around 23rd February. It went amazing. Got selected for second round. They asked for details like UAN card and previous salary slips and offer letters to schedule a client interview.
It sounded weird but I provided the details because I couldn't think of any way they can misuse the information.
It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard from them.
Is this usual practice? Personally haven't come across such a situation before.
You just got lucky 😁. Instead of getting a base minimal hike for your market worth and standard .. it's better you don't join the org

Nope. As part two of the story, they scheduled another round of interview for the same position with the same interviewer. This was one month after the first interview. And I got a reject for this interview where they had asked the same set of questions 😂 Eventually, nothing happened. They didn't hire. No communication, no feedback, nothing. I too moved on.
They invited me to an interview without giving me a call, and they marked it as finished before I had even joined. This happened to me twice. Anyone else faced the same thing? Please comment.
