Hi . I have been working in Capgemini for the last 2 years , and as a Young professional, I was trained , was on the bench then, with many pressures to RMG, got a project , worked in it for 8-9 months , And again they put it on the bench , no matter what I tried , I didn't get any hike seen. Even now I am working on a project . Within 2 years , there was no bonus or hike given.
And on the other hand , my colleagues got good hikes , same as they joined in 2022 , other companies have almost doubled their salaries. #sad
Leave it dude, starting a career in a service company is a mistake now it seems, I resigned last week as there was no appreciation and they had put me on botp.
Can you tell me that, in my current project I have no work, from last 1 year, is it possible that if I resign, they can release me before 3months notice period saying we don't need you to give notice period kind of?

It's Better to leave this company and search for good one.
