Capgemini dilemma
Today got a call from HR manager and expect me to join early, if early release is not possible then they will drop/hold my profile.
During last one month ongoing discussion HR was aware that I’m yet to resign, informed that official notice period is 90 days but negotiable up to 60 days, don't know why HR manager and HR are not on the same page🤷🏻♂️
How to convince for early release or delay the joining date? Please help.

Is it sorted now? I'm interviewing with Capgemini and said 90 days is official Np, yet they took an interview. Cleared Technical interview (internal and Client), need to give HR round in next few days
