Trending @Capgemini; Capgemini comes up with yet another stupid policy!

Like going to office 12 days a month is not already a pain, our esteemed organization now wants us at least 3 days a week in office. Why? Nobody knows!

I'm fed up of this guys honestly. I'm really looking for some help - How do we provide some feedback to the top level? Can we really bring some change here?

PS: those who are framing these policies should try to park their car at 11am on a Tuesday/Thursday before enforcing them!

I feel you bro 😏. I don't have a team from the last two years. . with no network at office.. I think I've mindmapped all the toilets at each floor, memorized all the items in the cafeteria menu.. I don't know what else I could do at office apart from the work (when I have free time)😅.

Yes , playing ludo that to with the computer 😭😭😭

The only thing left for us is to memorize the floor plans & emergency exit maps

I totally feel you, bro. I was with Infosys for 5 years before switching to this company last December. Honestly, now I can see why it's considered one of the weakest performers among service-based companies. Thanks to their bunch of idiotic weird af policies. A lot of the management and HR folks seem to be completely disconnected and ineffective, especially those working for years and sitting at top positions :)

At least Infosys has a lot more effective communication channels, individuals were heard by their supervisors. A lot of transparency was there.

3 days a week, 12 days a month combined, I guess you can prefer 12 days a month instead of 3 days a week.... Until there is time restriction we are good

It was the case until today. But I saw a mail stating updated hybrid mode. Have a look at it

If you are allocated to project there is no harm in doing any 12 days/month. Untill your team is with you at your location and you are asked to report on specific 3 days of week.

No proper hike, no proper help for living in Tier 1(metro) cities, even upper management don't report for 6 hours/day. Why should we report 3 days every week for 30k only. Utter bullshit. Even project management and resource management is average also here. Only option is to resign and search outside for better.

Travel charges are more than hike! It doesn't make any sense

I too see the email few days back. I could see its the same as what we have got before. That is either 12 days in a month or 3 days a week. I will go 12 days a month and rest i will do work from home.
