Capgemini BGV(Background Verification Process) process

I received an offer from Capgemini for the Manager C2 role. The HR team sent me an email regarding the BGV (Background Verification) and asked for bank statements as proof of salary for my previous companies. I have all the required statements, except for my first company, where I was receiving a stipend in cash. HR mentioned that this wouldn’t work for verification, and they suggested removing this experience and only showing the experience for which I have bank statements.

My total experience is 7 years and 7 months, and my first company experience was 1 year and 5 months. Will this be acceptable, or could it impact my onboarding?

7 yrs old bank statement? Seriously?

Ideally form 16 or PF service history is considered for previous employment history due to surge in fake experience cases.

If you don't have any of those, be ready for removing that experience.

& after removing that experience my experience becomes 6 years 2 months so will they onboard me with that experience for 27LPA package ?
