No increment for next 1.5 years then you have new friendly with your manager to provide higher rating or you have to work, show skills as wonderful appreciation from client..

In less then c grade you can expect 10% around you can expect Salary increase post completing 1.5 years in cg

If equal to c grade then 0 to 2% for sure
