Hi folks,I recently joined capgemini however my recruiter was told I will be billable from day 1. I see here I kept on bench. Today I had got my laptop how long will have to wait for project allocation and what's wfh or wfo policy here Can u please guide or help me?

It depends on your experience and technology. HR will ask your resume to schedule a project interview. Some people got allocated within the first week of joining and some are still waiting for 4 months. You have to come 12 days a month or 60% of total working days in a month.

Initial 3 months - 3day per week in a month. Later if you are not allocated, you have to do wfo for all 5 days a week
