Trending @Capgemini; Capgemini Bench + 60-Day Exit Challenge – Suggestions Needed

Hi All,

I joined Capgemini on April 30th as a Mulesoft Developer. I was billable until 14th August, but from today I’ve been moved to bench.

I noticed that some colleagues who joined around the same time and remained unallocated were asked to resign as there no mulesoft projects.

Meanwhile, I reached out to another organization who earlier offered they have agreed to reconsider my earlier offer, but with the condition that I join them within 60 days. The issue is, Capgemini is not allowing me to get released in 60 days and there is no buy-out option as well.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? What are the possible ways to handle this? Any suggestions would really help.

Give reason related to mental health or something... 1 or 2 of my friends did the same and got released early.
