Capgemini background verification

Hello everyone, I am in infosys serving notice period. It has been a month, my manager has not approved my esepration. I am required to upload my relieving letter, experience letter, and LWD proof on Capgemini bgv portal. What to do?

Too much micro-management, sapience tool in laptop to track hours, 12 days office even if you apply leaves still 12 days, no good projects , no clear policies

You can upload exp letter and relieving letter after joining CG, however for LWD proof you can upload a snap of resignation acceptance email or take a pic from resignation portal where LWD is mentioned.
