Capgemini background verification bgv
Hello Everybody, I got OL from Capgemini, I hv submitted my documents to hr and I received a mail from Capgemini that my experience letter and relieving letter is pending on bgv portal Capgemini. Since I am on notice period I will get the experience letter and relieving letter on last day so what to do? Has anybody completed this process for onboarding in Capgemini, please tell it will be a great help 🙏
Yes they keep sending e-mails for that. I think for bgv they use some other vendor. I myself gave the relieving letter after joining Capgemini
what else do we need for joining date to carry with us? How are you liking working in capegi?
It's been ~6 days since joining & I haven't really started working (in project) yet. From next week, it will start I think. So the work culture will mainly depend upon the the type of project & upper management you get. So, till now I have only dealt with Onboarding process which seems to have been satisfactory/good (since most the steps are documented).
With regards to onboarding documents, they will provide you with the list of all the docs you need to bring on the joining date on your personal email. One of those document is where your LWD should be mentioned with the signature of the HR. For this I provided the Resignation Acceptance letter.
Hi all, i have received the offer letter from CG in their candidate profile section and my joining date is next month. After accepting the offer in the portal what are next steps i need to do before joining date, the process is new to me. Can you please help?
Hi @Warrior_in_making @YunoOrigin I am receiving insufficiency email for service letter and relieving letter in Capgemini BGV portal. Do I need to submit relieving letter before onboarding in portal. If not, would it affect physical onboarding.
These you get after 45 days from LWD from your existing company. They will give time to upload. As far as I remember
Thanks for quick revert. Insufficiency is showing for relieving letter as well. Although in BGV portal, there is comment Required service letter and I have been asked to select Yes in Yet to receive documents from current employer. But do i need to upload relieving letter before physical and Would it impact physical onboarding.
From your joining date you will get the 45 days to submit the relieving letter and exp letter or you can directly provide letters on joining day itself
If you done with your interview, you can simply say the same thing “my current organisation will approve my resignation 10 day pre my lwd ”
And parallel you can try to convenience your current company hr for any kind of temporary/ approx time frame
And also try to convince cg hr, what “I will manage to get release within this many days and I provide those documents within x days” Hope it will help you.

You can share the email that mentions the last working day as a proof...first confirm with your Capgemini HR if it's acceptable or not
