Trending @Capgemini; Capgemini appraisal process how they judging performance is quite disappointing
Capgemini’s appraisal process is quite disappointing. Management frequently encourages employees to "work smart" and use automation to improve efficiency. However, they also use monitoring tools like Sapience to track compliance, which creates a contradiction. Sapience tends to favor those who spend long hours at their desks, even if they only accomplish minimal work, while those who manage to complete substantial work in a shorter time using smart techniques are penalized. This system ends up disadvantaging efficient employees who complete their tasks quickly, as they’re seen as non-compliant, rather than recognizing their productivity and effectiveness.

It's counted based on the number of days you visit the office, and not the number of tasks or under stories you completed or the number of problems you resolved.
So work less, and visit the office frequently.
12-15 days per month
Complete 100 hrs of learning (playing videos only)
Do 1 professional certificate like Cloud Certificate.
Have a good relation with your manager and supervisor.
If you follow these, you'll get good rating and Hike definitely.
Also another thing matters a lot. Your gender. Don't want to talk much about it. If you're mature enough you can understand.
All the best !!

Absolutely same was done last year appraisal BTO issue and Sappience to not give appraisal

Our hardwork is not counted... When we are in CG, utilise the max like upskill and other facilities, then switch... That's good for us... No use of sticking here... I

It's really s#it dude... There is no proper 'rule' for appraisal... Whatever they think, they will give it. I know many people who are not compliant, they got good ratings. But people like me, completing all things and working hard, got bad rating.... No one knows what's the criteria....

Also people who support over phone and those who do testings in their labs their efforts will never be recorded

Tatti process they awarded me in mid December and rated 3 in jan with proactive comment 😂

Not only that this same thing has happened with me. I am serving notice period on that period my manager has threatened me to give BOTp. And telling to a notice serving period employee who has resigned already that ‘’we are not confident to give you any responsibility’’

Well it was always like that. If they see you free they think you are not working even if they see work is finished.
